Returns

• Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• Non-returnable items: Custom-made, personalized, or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Contact Us: Email us at hdecorfurniturestore@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Authorization: Await a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
3. Shipping: Securely package the item and ship it to the address provided, including the RMA number.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

• Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
• Approved Returns: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
• Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at hdecorfurniturestore@gmail.com.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
