Alinea is a registered trademark and furniture line of Home Decor ("we", "us", "our"), operating under Trademark No. 7479137.

Our products are sold through authorised channels including our listings on Amazon.in.

2. Orders & pricing

All prices are shown at the point of sale on Amazon and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before an order is dispatched.

An order is confirmed only once you receive confirmation from the fulfilling marketplace.

3. Product information

We take care to describe and photograph our pieces accurately. Natural materials such as wood may vary slightly in grain and tone between units, which is not a defect.

4. Intellectual property

The Alinea name, logo, product names, and all site content are the property of Home Decor and may not be reproduced without written permission.

5. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the price paid for that product.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jodhpur, Rajasthan.
