How we deliver, assemble, and — if it comes to it — take back your Alinea furniture.
1. Delivery
We offer free delivery and in-home assembly across India. Delivery timelines are shown at checkout on Amazon.
2. Assembly
Larger pieces such as beds and tables are assembled in your home by our delivery team at no additional cost. Please ensure clear access to the room.
3. Returns
Returns are handled through your Amazon order, within the return window shown there. Refunds are processed by Amazon once the returned item has been inspected.
4. Damaged or defective items
If a piece arrives damaged, contact us promptly with photos and we will arrange a replacement or repair under warranty.
5. Warranty
Every Alinea piece is covered against manufacturing defects for two years from the date of delivery.
